Counter-Notification Procedures
If you believe your material has been removed by mistake or misidentification, please provide our DMCA agent with a written counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the material removed and its location before removal;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake;
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
- Consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also at our sole discretion limit access to our website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others.
